- →Lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

- ×Wrong size ordered by customer (you'll need to reorder at your expense)

- ×Custom/personalized products without defects
- ×Measurement variations within ±0.5 inches (this is standard manufacturing tolerance)
📦 Return Process
- Report within 7 days — Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues.
- Provide evidence — You must submit:

- • Original packaging intact
- We'll arrange pickup — Once approved, we'll create a reverse pickup through our fulfillment partner.
- Late returns — Returns requested after 7 days may incur reprinting charges.
